Learning Outcomes
A candidate following a programme of learning leading to this unit will be able to:
- Understand the importance of and the techniques which can be used in providing technical support to customers
- Understand how to gather and assess information from customers regarding the technical support required and how this support can be improved
- Understand how to identify trends which may occur and how to improve support by the analyses of trends
- Understand how problems can be resolved including the use of other sources of support and advice.
