Learning Outcomes

A candidate following a programme of learning leading to this unit will be able to:

  • Understand the importance of and the techniques which can be used in providing technical support to customers
  • Understand how to gather and assess information from customers regarding the technical support required and how this support can be improved
  • Understand how to identify trends which may occur and how to improve support by the analyses of trends
  • Understand how problems can be resolved including the use of other sources of support and advice.
