ERR: Employment Rights and Responsibilities - each Apprenticeship requires learners to complete a workbook showing their understanding of their rights under employment law, and their responsibilities to their employer.

| Standard Length of Stay: The amount of time the LSC funds the Apprenticeship or Advanced Apprenticeship. 16 to 18 year olds get longer than 19 to 24 year olds. |
